WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Most orders ship within 1-3 business days. Some prints in Large & X-Large may not be in stock and take 1-5 Business Days.

SHIPPING DETAILS

• Your order will be shipped via Canada Post Air from Toronto, Canada
• Tracking included for Canadian Customers Only.
• If you require tracking please message us for options.

• Packages are shipped to the address provided by the customer on BigCartel.
• Please verify that your shipping address is correct before ordering.

• Buyer pays for additional shipping costs due to an incorrect address.
• We are not responsible for lost packages due to an incorrect address.

HOW LONG ARE SHIPPING TIMES?

• CANADA - 1 Day - 2 Weeks
• UNITED STATES - 1 Week - 3 Weeks
• W. EUROPE & AUSTRALIA - 1 Week - 3.5 Weeks
• REST OF THE WORLD - 1 Week - 4 Weeks

• Delivery times do not include handling times.
• Please allow up to 6 Weeks for all deliveries as delays may occur within the postal system. Although most orders arrive much sooner. If you haven't received your order within the 6 week window please contact us email info@fabledcreative.com

HOW WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Original Illustrations & Small Prints* are shipped flat with a backing board and sealed in a Protective Sleeve. Regular, Large, X-Large & Screenprints will be rolled in protective tissue paper & shipped in a hard protective poster tube.

*Small Prints may be rolled if bought in combination with larger prints / posters and may not include sleeves.
